Shipping policy

Shipping Days:

Shipments are made every Monday and Tuesday through USPS. Orders will be taken from Friday through Thursday at noon. Once an order is placed on a Friday, that order will be shipped on the Monday or Tuesday of the next week.

Lovely Treats is not responsible for delivery delays due to the postal service or issues with provided addresses. Lovely Treats is also not responsible for lost packages.

Shipments that are returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will have additional charges for reshipment and any shipping charges due to delays or denied access will not be refunded. 

Refund Policy:

Lovely Treats has a NO RETURN policy and refunds are only issued if they are requested before the process of the order begins. See more in the Refund policy section.

Cancellations/Modifications:

To cancel or modify an order, please contact us and we will do our best to satisfy the request in due time. See more in the Refund policy section.
