Refund policy
Returns:
We have NO RETURN POLICY. Since our products are perishable items and we have no control over the way they are stored, handled, or transported during the shipping process, the order(s) cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. All sales are final.
Refunds:
The only way to receive a refund is from a cancellation 2 business days (minimum) before the scheduled shipping date. Once the preparation of the order has begun, no cancellations or modifications can be made. Please contact us at lovelytreatsbydalmis@gmail.com to cancel or modify an order.
Once the refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
